SEFI 2009 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Registration & Costs

Conference registration includes conference attendance, conference bag containing the programme, proceedings on CD ROM and book of abstracts, welcome reception on Wednesday 1 July, reception and conference banquet on Thursday 2 July, lunch on Thursday 2 and Friday 3 July.

By credit card via the secure registration module. Please contact us on sefi2009@tudelft.nl in case of problems.

Meals

Please clearly state your dietary requirements at the electronic registration form so that we can take them into account. We may not be able to take into account undeclared dietary requirements at the conference due to the prior planning required.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. Cancellations made between May 1 and 15 June, 2009 will receive a full refund, less a � 120,- administration fee.

2. Cancellations of the dinner cruise are possible up to 15 June, 2009. You will receive a full refund, less a � 10,- administration fee.

3. No refunds will be granted after June 15, 2009.

4. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
