Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorship of the SEFI 2009 annual conference will provide your company or institute with an excellent, cost-effective opportunity to reach hundreds of Europe’s engineering educators, to create and increase awareness of your company or institute and of its activities and products and to support the improvement of engineering education throughout Europe, benefitting your company or institute in the long run.
Sponsorship levels The SEFI 2009 conference organizers are able to offer you several types of sponsorship tailored to your company’s or institute’s individual needs. See below fro the different levels.
Level 1
Every sponsor will be offered the following standard benefits:
- recognition of sponsorship in the final programme
- company name and logo in sponsor section of SEFI 2009 conference website (www.sefi2009.com)
- opportunity to include promotional material in conference
- Small exhibit booth space at the conference
- 1 complimentary full registration for the conference
The minimum fee for this package is € 2.000,-.
Level 2
If you would like to increase the impact of your brand why not consider sponsoring some of the contents of the conference bags or the bag itself:
- Conference bag € 6.000,-
- Conference document pouch € 3.000,-
- Conference USB stick € 4.000,-
- Conference pen & marker € 2.000,-
- Conference keychord € 2.000,-
Next to the benefits of level 1, your company name and logo will of course feature prominently on these items.
Level 3
However, if you would like to increase the impact of your brand even further, why not consider sponsoring some of the following conference events?
- Welcome reception on 1 July € 3.000,-
- Lunch on 2 July € 6.000,-
- Awards dinner on 2 July in WTC € 25.000,-
- Lunch on 3 July € 6.000,-
- Conference dinner on Spido boat in Rotterdam harbour € 25.000,-
Next to the benefits of level 1, your company name and logo will of course feature prominently at this event.
Level 4
Same as level 1 plus one year of visibility on www.sefi.be and in the SEFI publications and newsletter as well as access to SEFI information and membership benefits. The minimum fee for this package is € 5.000,-
